Greater Noida hasn't peaked, it's still the best value.

₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150... people say Greater Noida has peaked, par mujhe nahi lagta. My wife's priority is a safe area for the kids and a good school. Jewar Airport aur FNG Expressway ka real impact abhi fully aaya nahi. I'm looking at Godrej Properties ya ATS. Everyone glorifies Gurgaon but nobody talks about the insane prices there. Greater Noida mein abhi bhi value hai, especially for families. Not sure if waiting till 2026-27 makes sense. Change my mind.
