What's the real sweet spot for holding property in Greater Noida for maximum gains? From my experience, after Jewar Airport news, initial appreciation was solid in areas like Yamuna Expressway. But post 3-4 years, the CAGR thoda slow ho gaya hai. Matlab, is 5-7 years the ideal hold time ya aur lambe time ke liye rukna chahiye? What's your ROI strategy?
