My lease ends in a few months, and we really need to finalize a 3BHK in Greater Noida for the kids' school admissions. We visited Mahagun Mantra, the sample flat looked great, and the brochure amenities felt perfect for a growing family. My wife's priority is a good kids' play area and a usable clubhouse for activities. But yaar, sometimes these projects show so much on paper, aur reality kuch aur hoti hai. For those living there, how's the actual amenity usage? Is the clubhouse always functional, ya bas naam ka hai? Aur maintenance charges ke against service kaisi milti hai, value for money hai ya just another bill? Parking ka scene bhi clear nahi tha, is it fair ya lottery based?

Parking ka scene toh 'fair' se zyada 'first come, first served' type hai if you don't have a designated spot. They *do* have designated spots for most, but visitor parking is a mess

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend Alistonia Estate mein rehta hai, unka bhi same issue hai. Clubhouse banaya toh hai, but functioning hi nahi rehta half the time. And for maintenance, they just keep increasing charges every year without any visible improvement. Builders ka track record dekhna bahut zaroori hai.
