Greater Noida infra projects: When is the right time to buy?

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm eyeing a 2BHK around Sector 150 or Yamuna Expressway, budget around 80L. With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway coming up, prices are already high. Is it too late to get a good deal, or will these infra projects push prices even higher? Honestly not sure if I should wait or jump in now.
