95 lakh for 3BHK in Sector 150, Godrej? Thoda high lag raha hai bhai. Us budget mein toh Alpha I Greater Noida mein ready-to-move mil jayega. Legal due diligence bahut important hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend bhi Godrej ke project mein fas gaya tha, possession date pe date mili ja rahi hai. Remote investment mein toh aur dikkat hoti hai.
