Bhai, Shatabdi Rail Vihar is quite old, possession 2003 ka hai. Quality toh definitely ek concern hogi. Older projects mein generally maintenance issues zyada aate hain. Amenities ka kya, woh toh tab tak worn out ho chuki hongi. Resale value pe utna impact nahi aayega shayad. Premium worth it hai ya nahi, ye toh builder ke track record aur actual unit ki condition pe depend karega.
