Dekho, location wise toh Greater Noida mein Amrapali Silicon City theek hai, connectivity bhi achhi hai. But builder ka naam aur past issues, that's the real elephant in the room. Construction quality ke comments sunke toh lagta hai ki long-term maintenance bahut expensive ho sakta hai. Agar koi investor hai, toh usko rental yield aur future appreciation dono dekhna padega, aur is project mein dono pe question mark hai. Thoda research aur kar lo sab log.

Amrapali ke naam pe itna invest karna, woh bhi jab market mein itne builders ne disappoint kiya hai, ek huge risk hai. Resale value ka bhi tension rehta hai, koi lega bhi ya nahi future mein.
