Greater Noida investors: Maintenance, security, parking reality?
Honestly, I thought being in real estate would make my own purchase easier, but buying for myself in Greater Noida is a whole different ballgame. I'm checking out spots like Paras Tierea for investment, thinking rental income. My biggest concern hai ki long-term mein kya scene hai. Maintenance charges toh sabhi builders bolte hain, but actual service quality kya milti hai? Is it really value for money ya bas nominal charges badhte rehte hain with poor service? Aur security systems ka kya haal hai? CCTV, visitor management – are they effective, ya bas show-off? Parking allocation bhi bahut big issue rehta hai. Lottery-based parking is a headache, especially for tenants. Kya lagta hai, in factors ka resale value aur tenant attraction pe kitna impact aata hai?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! OP ne sahi baat pakdi hai. I'm also looking at Paras Tierea for investment, but the maintenance part scares me. Builders promise the moon, but later it's just endless charges for basic stuff. And security? My friend in Alpha I Greater Noida faces issues daily with unauthorized entries, even with CCTVs. Is Paras Tierea any better on ground, ya bas show-off hai?
