Honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Nimbus Express Park View, Greater Noida mein, ready-to-move hai. Price ₹58L-₹1.3Cr. Iska capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Will I find buyers easily in 5 years? Any thoughts?
