Bhai, Avj Heightss mein toh possession 2015 mein mil gaya tha, but abhi bhi power backup aur water supply ka issue sunne mein aata hai. Maintenance charges ₹3 per sqft ke aas paas hain, jo ki kaafi high lagte hain for a project that old. Kya ye really worth it hai for a first-time investor? Resale value pe impact aata hai kya aise issues se?
