How's the actual construction quality holding up in newer Greater Noida projects, say after a year or two? I'm in real estate myself, but buying for my own investment, so I'm wary of marketing spin. Thinking about places like Max Estate 128. Are folks seeing common issues like cracks or seepage? Does poor build quality genuinely impact resale and tenant satisfaction? Also, are the promised amenities actually useful, or do they just inflate maintenance charges without adding much value? Curious what your experiences are.
