Secondary market mein value mil sakti hai, but be very careful. Maine ek project dekha tha Ajayabpur ke paas, resale mein, builder ne possession ke baad registry nahi karayi thi sabki. Phir loan ka issue, legal hassles, sab ho jata hai. Old buildings mein maintenance cost bhi high hoti hai. Aapko builder ka track record aur society ka legal status check karna bohot zaroori hai, especially agar aap loan le rahe ho.

Sahi keh rahe ho, legal checks are non-negotiable. Mere friend ke saath bhi registry ka issue hua tha.
Haan yaar, secondary market mein thoda hope hai. Mere friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein resale mein liya hai, kaafi reasonable deal mili usko, primary se toh definitely better tha.
90L+ for a 2BHK in Noida Ext? Bhai, yeh toh bohot zyada hai! Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur mera budget toh 60-70L tak ka hi hai. Secondary market mein sach mein itni negotiation scope milti hai kya? Ya phir wahaan bhi sab inflated rates pe hi milta hai?
Inflated rates toh primary mein bhi hain. Secondary mein at least you see what you get. I've seen some good deals near Alistonia Estate, but they go fast. It's more about finding the distressed seller.
Negotiation scope toh mil jaati hai, especially agar seller ko urgent fund chahiye ho. But you need to hunt hard.
