I think it's a good time if you're planning to stay for 5-7 years minimum. Short term speculative gains are risky. But for end-use, with the new industrial corridors and Jewar coming up, it will eventually pay off. Thoda patience rakho bas, Greater Noida will deliver.
U10, RERA status was green when I booked. But then they kept changing plans and deadlines. Builder ka naam nahi lena chahta, but market mein sabko pata hai unka track record. Ab toh bas hope hai ki kuch ho jaaye.

Patience toh theek hai, but builder delays ka kya? My booking in Ajayabpur is stuck for 3 years now. EMI bhi de raha hoon, rent bhi. Sirf paper pe project hai, site pe kaam ruk gaya hai. It's a nightmare for first-time buyers like us.
Bhai, look at the long term vision for Greater Noida. Connectivity will improve a lot with all the infrastructure planned. Sector 150 maybe costly, but what about areas near Alpha I or Alpha II? Wahan thoda budget-friendly options mil sakte hain, especially if you consider resale. Patience rakho, returns milenge.
U6, Alpha I mein many projects are delayed, be careful. My friend booked in a project near Alistonia Estate, builder ne possession 2 saal extend kar diya. RERA complaint file karni padi unko. Always check the RERA website properly for project status before committing.

Exactly! Mujhe toh lagta hai they're artificially inflating prices. Noida Extension mein bhi same haal hai, bhai.
Jewar ka hype toh over ho gaya hai, I think. Most of it is already priced in. Ab bas wait and watch hai. Don't rush into buying a 2BHK right now, interest rates bhi upar hain.
