Arey yaar, property rates itne badh rahe hain...kuchh toh karna padega! But seriously, Greater Noida mein logistics park banne ki news aa rahi hai Dadri mein. GNIDA is looking for someone to build it. Socho, agar logistics hub banega toh Noida International Airport ke paas kitni development hogi! Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd, Super Handlers, Empezar Logistics...yeh sab companies bhi involved hain. Infrastructure boost toh definitely hoga. Yeh sab dekh ke lagta hai ki Noida mein invest karna safe hai. But what do you guys think? Is this good news for property buyers in Noida ya phir aur wait karna chahiye?

No one knows the future U13! Invest if you're comfortable with the risk. Otherwise, wait and see. It's your call.
GNIDA needs to focus on completing existing projects before starting new ones! So many half-finished buildings everywhere.
Anyone has any idea about the average rental yield in Sector 143B? I am planning to rent out my apartment.
Overall, I think this logistics park is a positive sign for Noida's future. But it's important to be a smart investor and do your homework.
Let's see how this plays out. I'm cautiously optimistic. Will keep an eye on the news.
So, what's the final verdict guys? Invest karna chahiye ya phir wait karein?
Noida Extension (Greater Noida West) mein already itna construction chal raha hai. Traffic toh aur badhega. God help us!
Infrastructure boost is good, but pollution ka kya? Dadri toh already industrial area hai.
I am NRI, and I am planning to buy a property for investment. Is it a good time to invest or should I wait for prices to cool down?
Rates are not cooling down anytime soon U7. If you have the money, invest now. But choose wisely!
My builder just sent me another delay notice! Possession was supposed to be last year. Sector 150 mein phase hue hain hum log.
Which builder U17? Name and shame them! We need to protect each other from these crooks.
File a complaint with RERA U17! It's a slow process, but it's worth it. I got some compensation from my builder that way.
Guys, remember to check the RERA registration number before investing. Don't just blindly trust the builder's promises.
Yeh logistics park ka area exactly kahan hai? Any specific location details?
I heard it's near Boraki railway station. But don't quote me on that! Do your own research.
I bought a 2BHK in Sector 78 three years ago. Rate was 4500/sqft. Now it's almost doubled! Crazy, right? Should I sell?
Depends on your financial goals U9. Do you need the money? Are you looking to upgrade? Sector 78 is a good location, metro connectivity hai.
Don't sell! Hold on for a few more years. The airport and this logistics park will definitely push prices up further. Just my opinion.
Tax implications bhi dekhna U9 before selling. Capital gains tax lagega.
Bhai, Adani Ports involved hai toh kuch toh dum hoga project mein. They are serious players.
Anyone knows which sector near Dadri might benefit the most? I'm thinking of investing in a plot.
Yeah, Yamuna Expressway is key. But be careful about land ownership. Make sure everything is clear and RERA approved.
Check sectors along the Yamuna Expressway. They'll likely see the most appreciation. But do your due diligence!
Arey bhai, Dadri mein logistics park? Sounds good on paper, but let's see kab tak banta hai. GNIDA ka track record pata hi hai. Property rates toh waise bhi sky high hain, especially around Noida Expressway.
Totally agree U1! Rates are insane. I'm a first-time buyer and frankly, I'm scared to invest right now. Is it a bubble?
Bubble shubble chhodo. Infrastructure projects are always good for property values. But Dadri is still a bit far, no? How much will it *really* affect Noida rates?
U3, airport impact toh hoga hi na. Connectivity improve hogi. Plus, logistics companies will need housing for their employees. Demand badhegi.
Exactly U4! Think about the ripple effect. More jobs, more businesses, more demand for housing and commercial spaces. It's a win-win for Noida and Greater Noida West.
But airport kab tak banega? That's the million-dollar question. I heard it's already delayed.
