M3M jaise builders ke luxury projects mein itne high prices kaise justify hote hain for 2026? I'm finally fed up of renting, EMI vs rent math kar raha hoon, and Greater Noida is on my radar. But Sector 150 mein 3BHK ke liye ₹2.5 Cr+ expect karna toh insane lagta hai. Sach mein itni demand hai ya bas builder greed hai? Jewar Airport ka hype sahi hai, but itna zyada premium... koi real buyer hai bhi ya sab investors? Change my mind.

Bhai, main toh 2 saal se Greater Noida mein dekh raha hoon. Pehle Alpha I, Alpha II mein options the, ab toh sab Sector 150 mein hi daal rahe hain. Ek broker ne mujhe Ajayabpur ke paas ek project dikhaya tha, usmein bhi prices sky-high bata rahe the for 2025 possession. Lagta hai builders ne Jewar ka hawa bana diya hai bas.
Haan yaar, Alpha-II Commercial Belt ke paas bhi rates badh gaye hain. Same pinch! Mujhe bhi ek project pasand aaya tha but budget se itna upar tha ki sochna hi chhod diya. Builder bolta hai demand hai, but kaun khareed raha hai itne mein?
Totally agree with the post! M3M ke prices dekh ke toh dimag ghoom jata hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye yeh sab dream hi hai.
