Possession for my unit at Rehouse Krishna Orchid Studio Apartments was in March, and I'm already questioning the maintenance charges. We're paying a good amount, but the clubhouse and other 'premium' amenities feel seriously underutilized. Honestly, I'm not sure if tenants even value these enough to justify the monthly outgo. As an investor, I'm trying to figure out if these high maintenance costs actually impact resale value or tenant attraction in Greater Noida. Does anyone feel like the services provided rarely match the charges? Or is this just the reality now? What's your take on maintenance charges vs. actual service quality and its effect on long-term property value?

Yaar, I totally feel you! My cousin booked in Alpha I Greater Noida and he's complaining about the same thing. Maintenance charges are eating into his rental income.
