Greater Noida market isn't hot; real value is hidden.
The Greater Noida property market isn't as 'hot' as brokers claim; real value needs finding. This rent-paying cycle is making me crazy; landlord ne rent fir badha diya. I'm finally taking the plunge, looking for a 2BHK around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr. Everyone talks about Jewar Airport pushing prices, but honestly, I feel like prices have already overshot. Is there any actual 'price correction zone' left in Greater Noida? I'm thinking of areas like Sector 90, maybe some projects from builders like Siwas Infra. Are these still offering genuine value ya sab inflated ho gaya hai? I don't want to pay a premium for future potential that's years away. Should I be looking slightly off the main expressways, away from the Yamuna Expressway hype? Or is the secondary market my best bet for a real deal? Change my mind.

Totally feel you on the rent cycle, bhai! Landlord ka toh alag hi scene hai. I'm also looking for a 2BHK in the same budget range, and Greater Noida seems like a black hole right now. Jewar ka hype itna hai ki sab projects artificial laga rahe hain. Genuine value dhoondhna mushkil ho gaya hai, lagta hai.
Exactly! I checked out some properties near Alpha I, but even those seemed overpriced for what they offer. Builders are just cashing in on
