Greater Noida mein all-in cost ka kya scene hai?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab total cost ka scene samajh nahi aa raha hai Greater Noida mein. I work in real estate, but for my own investment, it feels like builders hide so much. Satya Construction Company ke Sector 22-D project mein ek 3BHK dekh raha tha. They quote ₹85L, but jab all-inclusive cost nikalo na, toh ₹1Cr cross kar jaata hai. Yeh stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, yeh sab final amount mein kitna add karte hain realistically? I mean, is there any scope to negotiate these 'fixed' charges like stamp duty, ya it's just non-negotiable? Aur yeh hidden charges, jaise electrical meter, IGL connection, maintenance deposit, yeh sab baad mein kyun batate hain? ROI calculation mein yeh sab bahut impact karta hai. Koi real experience share karo.
