Honestly, being in Dubai, finding real ground truth on Greater Noida pricing is tough. I'm eyeing Sarfabad, Golden Dream Infratech for a 2BHK, around ₹75-80L. Builders bolte hain negotiation possible nahi. But kitna realistic discount milta hai, especially for an investor? Hidden charges jaise IFMS, club membership, PLC, ye sab possession pe surprise dete hain kya? Secondary market mein better negotiation scope hai kya?
