Greater Noida parking rules: investor's dilemma
Did some online research on Greater Noida projects, especially Panchsheel Pratistha, and a big question mark is parking. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily, relying on community insights. Many projects seem to have lottery-based parking ya fir extra charges for reserved spots. As an investor, this concerns me. Does unclear parking allocation significantly impact resale value or tenant attraction in Greater Noida? I'm thinking long-term rental income. Agar parking ka issue hai, will good tenants avoid? Panchsheel Pratistha mein parking ka system kaisa hai? Is it fair, reserved, ya lottery based? Jo log wahan rehte hain, aapka experience kaisa hai?
