Greater Noida possession costs: Did you get surprises?
Sector 150 – just got possession in March for my 3BHK. My budget was around ₹1.2 Cr for a Godrej project. Honestly, the hidden charges at the end were a shocker. EDC/IDC, maintenance deposits, registry fees... they really added up. It felt like a bait-and-switch, nobody told me about these exact figures upfront. Construction quality seems okay for now, but I'm already seeing small cracks near windows. Not sure if that's normal or a red flag for future issues. For ATS or Gaursons owners in Greater Noida, did you face similar surprises with unexpected costs or quality problems right after moving in? And how are the post-possession maintenance charges settling in for you guys? I'm worried about them increasing too much. Any tips on handling these? Hope this helps someone avoid my headaches.
