Honestly, being based in Dubai, I'm finding Greater Noida prices opaque. Are there real price correction zones for 2BHKs around Yamuna Expressway, or are brokers just pushing inventory? Need advice on spotting underpriced assets remotely.

Honestly, totally agree with you! Brokers are always painting a rosy picture. Yamuna Expressway mein toh prices already high hain, correction ka toh naam hi nahi hai. Lagta hai bas inventory clear kar rahe hain, especially for 2BHKs jo shayad slow move ho rahe hain.

Sahi kaha bhai, I've been looking for 2BHKs near Alpha II for months now, prices are just stagnant, not correcting. They just show you old listings and call it a 'deal'.
