I'm honestly feeling quite confused about the Greater Noida market right now. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for a smaller, manageable 2BHK or compact 3BHK. Something with an elevator, low maintenance, and near a good hospital. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Suna hai prices bahut upar ja rahe hain, especially in places like Sector 150 and Noida Extension. With all this Jewar Airport buzz, is this growth sustainable? Yaar, are we looking at a correction soon? Ready-to-move flats kaafi costly lag rahe hain, but under-construction projects mein possession delay ka bahut risk hai. Kya price gap justify karta hai abhi risk lena? Ya wait karna chahiye? Any advice on builders like Godrej or ATS? What's the real ground reality for 2026 trends?
