Greater Noida prices already peaked

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150. Honestly, prices seem completely pumped up already. I work in real estate, but lagta hai Jewar Airport ka hype sab price-in ho gaya hai. People talk about 5-10% appreciation, but that's builder marketing, right? Is Greater Noida still a good investment for the next 3-4 years, ya ab peak kar gaya hai? My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK. Should I wait? Lagta hai bubble ban raha hai. Change my mind.
