For almost a year now, I'm trying to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 137. Looking at 3BHKs or a small villa near Yamuna Expressway, but honestly, Greater Noida ke current prices are making me rethink. Everyone's hyping up Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, saying prices will skyrocket. But kya sach mein? I feel the market has already absorbed most of that news. Builders like Godrej Properties and ATS in Sector 150 are quoting ₹1.5Cr+ for a decent 3BHK. Is this premium justified, ya bas FOMO hai? Already have one home loan, can't afford a wrong move. What's the one thing you wish you knew before investing here? Change my mind.
