₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150 – feels like too much. Everyone says Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway will push prices up more. Should I wait, ya abhi le lena chahiye? My budget is tight, honestly. Is this the right time to buy in Greater Noida?
