Greater Noida prices won't correct anytime soon
My lease ends in 3 months and I'm honestly fed up of renting. Looking at 2BHKs in Noida Extension or near Pari Chowk, budget around ₹70-80L. Prices feel so high, like no correction is happening. Should I wait for things to cool down, or is this the new normal? Also, brokers say they can get better deals than direct from builders like Gaurs or ATS. Is that true, or are they just adding their cut?
