Visited Jaypee Jade Apartments again. Builder jo amenities promise karte hain, woh delivery pe ghost facilities ban jaati hain. Investor perspective se, yeh sirf maintenance cost badhati hai, resale value ya tenant attraction nahi. Change my mind.

I think the key is to look beyond the fancy pictures. Jab aap site visit karo, toh sirf flat mat dekho, common areas, club house, security, kids play area sab detail mein check karo. Aur existing residents se baat karne ki koshish karo, woh best feedback denge. Jaypee Jade ka possession 2017 mein ho gaya tha, toh ab toh wahan log settle ho gaye honge.

Totally agree with the original post! Jaypee Jade Apartments ke amenities dekh ke lagta hai sirf brochure mein achhe lagte hain. Mere friend ne bhi wahi bola, ki swimming pool rarely clean hota hai aur gym equipment outdated hain. Investors ke liye toh headache hi hai, maintenance bharo aur return mile na mile.
Haan, aur phir yeh builders extra charges bhi lete hain amenities ke naam pe. Jab delivery hoti hai toh sab adha-adhura hota hai. Jaypee Jade mein toh possession bhi 2017 mein ho gaya tha, ab tak toh sab set ho jaana chahiye tha na?
