Greater Noida projects: NRI investment advice needed, please!
Builder promises for NRIs are often just on paper, it seems. I'm based in Dubai, looking at Greater Noida for investment. Specifically Sidhyansh Residency and Shubhkamna Kartik Kunj Apartments. My biggest headache is the actual builder trust factor; online reviews can be misleading. Shubhkamna Kartik Kunj is completed, but what's their track record post-possession? Sidhyansh Residency ka delivery experience kaisa raha hai for others? I can't do site inspections myself, so I rely on community feedback. Also, what's the real rental potential for both? I'll need a property manager, so good rental yield is super important. Which one would you recommend for better appreciation in 5 years, considering all the hidden costs that come up later? Is it even worth it for NRIs?

Yeh toh seedha red flag hai for any NRI investor, especially when you can't be there physically. Builder trust is a massive issue in Greater Noida. Mere ek relative ne bhi aise hi ek project mein invest kiya tha, aur 5 saal baad bhi poora nahi hua. Hidden costs toh itne aate hain ki original budget double ho jaata hai. For appreciation in 5 years, you need a project that's actually moving, not
