Bhai, Imperia The Sephyra ka toh abhi tak RERA mein bhi koi clear update nahi hai. Bahut time se delayed hai. Meri friend ne book kiya tha 2018 mein, ab tak possession nahi mila hai. Jaypee Jade is definitely safer for immediate returns.
