Greater Noida mein projects dekh raha hu, especially Uttam Steels Ews Aasra. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits possible nahi. Iska "null" status ka matlab kya hai? Total cost of ownership mein kitne hidden charges expect karun ismein? SKA Metro Ville completed hai, but uska price range kaafi upar hai. Koi experience share karega with such projects? Final amount kya hota hai?

Lekin as an NRI, make sure you have a solid local support system for paperwork and follow-ups. Bahut energy aur time lagta hai, aur agar koi hidden charge ya issue aaya, toh Dubai se manage karna mushkil ho jaata hai. Final amount hamesha 15-20% extra hi pakad ke chalo over the quoted base price, for mental peace.
Market thoda stable ho raha hai, rates badh rahe hain, especially for good projects. Agar long-term investment hai, toh abhi bhi le sakte ho.

Totally agree! 'Null' status matlab red flag hi hai. Mere dost ka bhi aise hi ek project mein paisa phas gaya tha.
