Okay I'll say what no one says — Greater Noida projects, like Marshal Green View, heavily advertise 'top-tier security' but it's mostly for show. My wife's priority is the kids' safety, and honestly, the ground reality is often just a few sleepy guards aur broken CCTVs. We're looking for a 3BHK, and seeing how many societies struggle with basic visitor management ya parking disputes, it makes me wonder. Builders promise full-proof security, but after possession, the actual implementation feels so weak. Meri society mein toh kids' play area bhi unsafe lagta hai. Is it just me ya sabko aisa hi lagta hai? What's the real scene with security systems and safety for children in these big complexes? It's not just about the flat, it's about the whole ecosystem.
