Possession was in March for my flat in Unnati Fortune, Sector 32. Honestly, the final payment felt like a trap. Builder ne super area ka difference, PLC, and all these hidden charges add kar diye. It wasn't just the flat price + stamp duty. Did anyone else face this all-in cost shock in Greater Noida? How to better plan for these extras?
