Greater Noida property: Can you actually negotiate?

The 'all-in' cost in Greater Noida feels crazy. I'm eyeing a 2BHK near Vaidpura. Is negotiation even possible on quoted prices? What hidden charges always appear later?

Negotiation? Hahaha, good luck with that. Builders will show you a 'discount' but then add floor rise, PLC, club membership, maintenance advance, power backup, IBMS, fire fighting charges... list goes

Totally relate, bhai! Vaidpura side main bhi dekh raha tha, rates sunke chakkar aa gaye. Negotiation ka toh pata nahi, but builder log hidden charges mein itna maar dete hain ki final amount dekh ke darr lagta hai. Is it just me or is everyone facing this?
