Greater Noida property costs: Are we really seeing the full picture?
₹85 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 81? Honestly, this price for an upgrade from my 2BHK feels insane. Everyone glorifies the base property price, but nobody talks about the *real* all-in cost for Greater Noida. Builders like Pearls Group quote one thing, then add stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and then the final possession ke time pe maintenance deposits and so many hidden charges. Matlab, kitna extra dena padta hai over the brochure price? I'm looking at a place near Jewar Airport route, hoping for appreciation, but these costs stack up. Is the 3BHK premium really justified? I already have a home loan, so every rupee counts. What's the typical percentage of these hidden costs over the quoted price? And can you even negotiate these 'fixed' charges? I'm convinced they inflate so many things just to surprise you later. Change my mind.
