The ROI on my Gaursons 3BHK in Noida Extension isn't what I expected, honestly. Bought it for around ₹85L back in 2018, thought the Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway would push prices way faster. Now it's at, say, ₹1.2 Cr max? That's barely 7-8% p.a. CAGR, which is okay but not great for a long hold. From my experience, holding property too long can sometimes mean you miss the peak. I'm seeing prices steadily rising, but not that explosive jump people talk about. Should I hold for another 2-3 years, hoping for ₹1.5 Cr, ya fir abhi exit karna better hai? What's your holding period strategy in Greater Noida, especially with these slower returns? Any thoughts on when the real appreciation surge will hit?
