Totally feel you, yaar. Builder-buyer agreements are a nightmare. I'm also looking in Noida Ext, around ₹75L, and the clauses look so one-sided. Investwell Homes ka naam pehle bhi suna hai, but kya unka track record theek hai? Especially for first-time buyers like us, it's so confusing.
