Greater Noida Records 98% Property Price Surge in 5 Years

Arre yaar, I was just talking to Sharmaji the other day. He was worried about property prices, keh rahe the "kya rate badh rahe hain, abhi invest karna sahi hai kya?". Then I saw this news – Greater Noida mein toh property prices DOUBLE ho gaye hain pichle 5 saal mein! 98% ka jump! Noida bhi peeche nahi hai, almost 92% badh gaya. Infrastructure sudhar raha hai, connectivity badh rahi hai, jobs bhi mil rahe hain… sab kuch Noida ke favour mein jaa raha hai. This means property values are only going to go up, right? Toh kya yeh khushkhabri hai ya chinta ki baat, Noida ke buyers ke liye? What do you guys think?
