Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150 for a friend, and honestly, the rent prices are just wild. I moved into my 2BHK in ATS Pristine last month for ₹28k. Now similar units are asking ₹35k+. Everyone talks about infrastructure like Jewar Airport, but is a 25-30% jump in six months actually justified? Feels like landlords are just cashing in. Are these hikes even sustainable? Will it stabilize, or are we stuck with this crazy rental market? Change my mind.
