Greater Noida rentals: Kya ye prices tikenge?

Two years ago, Sector 150 mein 2BHK ka rent itna nahi tha. Ab toh lagta hai 30-40% jump ho gaya hai. Mera guess hai Jewar Airport effect hai, plus end-user demand. Young professionals ke liye Noida Extension, Sector 137 mein kya real options hain? Price vs convenience ka kya tradeoff chal raha hai? Will these rents stabilize, ya aur badhenge?

Totally agree with the post! I was looking for a 2BHK in Sector 150 last year, tab rates 18-20K chal rahe the. Ab toh 25K se neeche kuch mil hi nahi raha. Kya yeh Jewar Airport ka hype itna asli hai ki rents aise jump kar gaye? Or is it just a temporary bubble?
