Greater Noida Resale Market: Is it really liquid?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150 and Noida Extension for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids and good schools. Builders like Godrej and Gaursons have projects, but honestly, I'm getting cold feet about the resale market. Everyone glorifies future appreciation from Jewar Airport and Aqua Line extensions, but nobody talks about actual liquidity when you need to sell. Is the resale market truly healthy enough to exit comfortably in 7-10 years? Or are we just stuck waiting for a mythical buyer willing to pay premium? Project delays and construction quality are already long-term hold concerns. Is Greater Noida's resale market robust, or is it more of a 'buy and hold forever' situation? Disagree? Tell me why.
