Greater Noida: RWA maintenance affecting ROI?

Since January, SAP Homes RWA hiked maintenance, but services are worse. Security's a joke, green areas neglected. Doesn't this kill resale value or tenant attraction? Any advice for Greater Noida investors?

Totally agree. I was looking at SAP Homes too, the price range of ₹36 L – ₹54 L seemed decent for a first home.

Bhai, this is exactly what I'm scared of as a first-time buyer. maintenance hike with worse services? That's a double whammy. My budget is already stretched to the max for a place in Greater Noida, and these hidden costs or sudden RWA issues make me so nervous. How do we even assess RWA potential before buying?
