Totally agree with you, bro! Builder toh seedhe mana kar dete hain negotiation ke liye. Main bhi TechZone IV mein dekh raha tha, same experience. Lagta hai secondary market hi option hai, but wahan bhi paper work ka tension rehta hai. Kya risk hai
