posted on 5 MayGreater Noida societies: Is amenity value really there?
Are high maintenance charges for GDA Super MIG Flats actually justified? I'm looking to downsize, kids have moved out, so I don't need such a big place anymore. Honestly, it feels like these societies charge a bomb for amenities that barely get used or aren't maintained well. We visited a few and the clubhouses often feel like ghost facilities, hardly anyone there. Is anyone else finding the annual maintenance fees a bit steep for what you actually get? Especially for older projects, does the RWA actually deliver value for money or is it just another expense? Thinking about resale of my existing property, I want something manageable, but these costs really worry me.

I'm a bit skeptical about GDA Super MIG Flats specifically. The post mentions it's 'ONGOING' but the possession date was 2018-12-01? How is that possible? This contradiction makes me nervous. Is the ₹32 L price range even justified if the project is still stuck after so many years? As a first-time buyer, this kind of uncertainty is a major red flag.
Bhai, GDA Super MIG ka toh yahi haal hai. Possession date 2018 but still 'ONGOING'? Builder ka track record dekho pehle, bahut builders aise karte hain. It's a common trick.
Totally agree with the original post! These high maintenance charges for GDA Super MIG Flats are a huge concern for first-time buyers like us. I've been looking to move to a smaller place in Greater Noida, and every society I visit, the clubhouse looks like a ghost town. Why are we paying a bomb for swimming pools and gyms that are either rarely used or not maintained? It feels like an unnecessary burden when every rupee counts, especially for someone downsizing and on a budget. Is it just me, or does this feel like a common issue across many projects?
So true. What's the point of paying for facilities you never use? Feels like a scam.
Same here in Ajayabpur. We pay so much but the swimming pool is always closed for 'maintenance' or 'chemical treatment'. Kya fayda? It's a big factor for us budget-conscious people.
Haan bhai, same experience! Clubhouses are always empty, waste of money. Maintenance fees just keep going up.
