₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150 last year, now it's ₹95 lakh, that's a 10-12% jump. From my experience, holding period matters a lot for ROI. I bought a Godrej property near Yamuna Expressway 3 years back, thinking for a 5-year hold. But with Jewar Airport progress, appreciation is quick. Kya longer hold better hai, ya booking profits now makes sense?

Bhai, totally agree! Sector 150 ka appreciation toh next level hai. Hum bhi dekh rahe the wahan 2BHK. Last year jo ₹85L bol rahe the, ab woh ₹95L se kam mein mil hi nahi raha. Socha tha thoda wait karein, but ab lag raha hai galti kar di. Kya lagta hai, aur badhega kya ye rate?
