Guys, Greater Noida mein kya scene chal raha hai? Heard about the two new roads? GNIDA is acquiring land for a 105m road connecting to NH-91 and a massive 130m road going towards the YEIDA area near the Noida Airport. Yeh news kaafi important hai for buyers looking at long-term appreciation. Better connectivity means property prices are definitely going to be affected. What do you guys think?
