Greater Noida to Construct Two Key Arterial Roads

Guys, Greater Noida mein kya scene chal raha hai? Heard about the two new roads? GNIDA is acquiring land for a 105m road connecting to NH-91 and a massive 130m road going towards the YEIDA area near the Noida Airport. Yeh news kaafi important hai for buyers looking at long-term appreciation. Better connectivity means property prices are definitely going to be affected. What do you guys think? Kitna impact padega property prices pe?

Airport impact will be huge. Look at Gurgaon after the airport. Greater Noida will follow a similar trajectory.

Probably sectors along the Yamuna Expressway, like Sector 25A and maybe some parts of Sector 26.
