Mai toh already Greater Noida West mein ghar dekh raha tha, specifically near Ajayabpur. Builder ne bola tha connectivity achhi ho rahi hai, but yeh toh game changer lag raha hai. Sahi keh rahe ho. Land acquisition ka issue hamesha rehta hai. But is baar GNIDA ne khud greenlit kiya hai, toh maybe it's more concrete. Hopefully, work starts soon and gets done on time.
