Since last Diwali, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 137 to a 3BHK/villa in Greater Noida. Budget ₹1.5 Cr, targeting max ROI. Yamuna Expressway ke paas abhi bhi koi price correction zones hain jahan value mile? Dasnac jaise builders ka spot discount policy kya hota hai? Secondary market mein better negotiation scope hai kya?
