Greater Noida upgraders: share your builder insights?

Okay I'll be honest, upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 137 to a 3BHK is confusing. I'm looking at Godrej, ATS, and Gaursons near Jewar. Is their construction quality really better, or are there hidden charges later? Wondering about resale value too, especially with prices around ₹1.2Cr for a 3BHK. What's your experience?
