My parents keep saying water supply is a huge issue in GN, especially with tankers. Is Daniya Azad Residency reliable for water, or are tankering charges common there? Worried about daily dependency.

I totally get your concern, U1. My cousin lives in Alpha I Greater Noida, and they still face water issues, especially in summers. Even though their society is well-established and possession was years ago, sometimes the municipal supply isn't enough, and they have to rely on tankers. It's a real headache and adds a good chunk to monthly maintenance. This isn't just a new project problem.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Aur Daniya Azad Residency mein sirf 50 units hain, right? Small societies ko waise bhi water board se
Hey everyone, I'm new to this whole home buying process and super stressed. My parents keep saying water supply is a huge issue in Greater Noida, especially with tankers. They've heard horror stories from friends. I'm looking at Daniya Azad Residency, it looks good otherwise, but is it reliable for water, or are tankering charges common there? I'm really worried about daily dependency and extra costs. It's already ₹2.6 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr, don't want more hidden charges on top of that.
Daniya Azad Residency toh 2017 ka possession hai. Tab se ab tak situation change nahi hui kya? Ab toh sab set ho gaya hoga na?
Bhai, you're not alone. Greater Noida mein yeh paani ka masla sach mein bahut common hai. Especially societies jo thoda interior mein hain ya jahan infrastructure abhi tak poora develop nahi hua. Tanker toh normal baat ho gayi hai kai jagah, so your parents are not wrong to be concerned.
